Personal Contract Hire is a risk free way for individuals to drive the car of their choice at an affordable fixed monthly cost, without having to worry about it depreciating in value.
With Personal Contract Hire you only pay for use of the vehicle not the whole cost, essentially what you are paying for is the depreciation and interest. Contracts are usually for between 2 to 4 years. Generally the longer the period the lower the monthly payment, however occasionally there are exceptions.
Payments are based on the length of contract and total mileage, and are fixed for the contract period.
